Amazing food! The service was second to none. I honestly think the service may have been one of the best in my lifetime. He even offered us stuff just to try. Salvatore was so nice and helpful. This place really is a great place to stop and get good food if your are enjoying this area of Sardinia.

If you are around Lanusei or Ilbono, you should go here for a meal. We have been here numerous times, sometimes weekly. Everything we have tried was delicious. Chef Salvatore is the best, and extremely friendly. If he has a special for the day or night you should trust him and try it, unless you have an allergy. It's great food and a comfy atmosphere both inside and out.We will be moving to this area, and will continue to visit Lo Sfizio.

Amazing food service and atmosphere, very Sardinian. I loved our waiter who was very kind and giving. The price is not extreme and is definitely worth it, would recommend!

I don't usually write reviews. But we have to share the great experiences we've had here! From the moment we enter, we can tell from the chef kindness and love for his restaurant that we have arrived at a great place. A very authentic and friendly restaurant with quite a few home-made ingredients. We received a detailed description of the food and local specialties from him to help us to make the right choice. After that, there was no question that the food would be excellent, very fresh and the portions also appropriate. Plus we also got an appetizer too. The prices, compared to the quality and the portion, are especially cheap compared to what we have experienced on the island. Everything was great, thanks very much for this experience, we will never miss it when we visit the island. We can really only recommend it.Gracia mille!

I never leave a google review for anything because I don't take the time to do so, but it was imperative to leave a review for this place. Chef Salvatore was absolutely an angel! We are from the US and first time in Sardinia. We have a friend working remotely til 10:30 PM and according to Google, there were still restaurants open.We had not eaten all day for conflicting schedules with the Italian siestas in the middle of the day and going on a hike and waiting on our friend, so we were very excited to eat. The first place we arrived at was open, but the kitchen was closed. Then we started calling places that said they were open on google and the phones didn't work.We finally got Chef Salvatore on the phone and in my very little ability to speak Italian was able to ask if he was open. He asked how many of us and said he would wait for us to drive 35 minutes to come to him. I wasn't sure I understood, but that's what I heard. I was nervous the whole car ride because I have health issues and really couldn't have handled not eating that night. I just got my digestion working after 3 days of travel and was ready to take care of me and then got stuck without food all day.I was in pain pulling up to the restaurant and lo and behold, he comes to meet us outside with the biggest smile on his face. He made us feel so welcome and was so quick to serve us. We just had whatever he told us he could make at 11:45 at night and were not disappointed. Everything was homemade and absolutely delicious and I have never felt so relieved in my life!He truly took care of us and it is obvious that he loves what he does and puts all that love into his food and service. He explained every dish to us and how the ingredients are from this region of Italy and even gave us recommendations of beautiful places to see at the end of the night and let us take a picture together! Absolutely enjoyed our experience, adored Chef Salvatore and hope to be able to come back before we leave the region!

We had the pleasure to have our lunch there yesterday! Food was amazing, all home made, fresh and delicious. Chef Salvatore is one of the nicest and most passionate people I’ve met, very welcoming and attentive. He even showed as the pasta he was making. The portions are huge as well! Thank you so much for the experience!

One of the best experiences in Sardinia! I called right before closing and the owner/chef said they would wait opened for me to come have dinner. Not only did he wait, he didn’t limit me to ordering certain menu items. He really made us feel at home! Not to mention the food was freshly homemade to order and amazing! We ended up having an amazing 4 course meal with amazing hospitality! I highly recommend and i will be returning!

The owner/chef manages his restaurant on his own. He is such a warm, kind, and friendly chef who can speak a bit of English! Delicious food and menu includes local cuisine which we devoured! 100% recommend for anyone looking for a local and humbling experience. No "official" parking so just park on the road as the other cars do.
